How Do I Remove the Headlight on My Clio?

The Renault Clio, a sporty and compact French-engineered hatchback , is an official rally car of the World Rally Championship. The Clio sports distinctive headlights that will need to be removed when damaged or when modifying the car to install aftermarket ones to enhance the car's look. You will also need to remove the headlights when replacing the Clio's alternator in order to gain access to the engine.

Park the Clio on level ground.

Open the Clio's bonnet and disconnect the battery.

Remove all three bolts located at the top of the headlight that is to be removed, using a 10mm wrench, in a counterclockwise motion, in order to loosen and slide the headlight away from the Clio.

Pull and detach the white plastic indicator and wiring, located behind the headlight, in order to completely remove the headlight from the Clio.
