How to Print a Duplex Booklet on Microsoft Publisher

Printing on both sides of the paper (duplex printing) in Microsoft Publisher makes your booklets better to read and more professional in design. If you want to print a duplex booklet with Microsoft Publisher, you can do so from within the print settings. When you set up duplex printing, Publisher will print your first A4 page on one side then the second page on the reverse side. Publisher takes care of making sure the alignment is correct. Not all printers support duplex printing, but most contemporary printers do.

Open the Publisher document you want to print on two sides.

Click "File," then "Print." Select your printer, then click "Printer Details." Check the "Duplex" option is checked with "Yes." If it is, then you will be able to print in duplex mode.

Click the "Publication and Paper Settings" tab, then click the "2-sided printing options" drop-down menu.

Select the type of duplex printing you want .This will vary depending on your document type.

Click "Print" to print your document with duplex printing.
