A SIM card is a small memory chip that is used in some cell phone models. SIM is an acronym for Subscriber Identity Module. A SIM card is very useful because it makes it easy for cell phone users to switch to a new phone just by taking the SIM card out of the old phone and putting it in the new phone. In the United States, AT&T and T-Mobile use SIM card technology. To register a SIM card, you just need to activate it.
