Importing your address book entries into your Blackberry helps you keep up to date with your contacts. Address book entries are stored in various formats for different applications and platforms, so it is not always possible to import an entry directly. Blackberry devices use their own form of address book contact, however, you can sync the device with applications on your computer. Using Windows Live Mail, which is pre-installed on Window-based computers, and the default Blackberry software, you can import vCards to your Blackberry.
