The Sims 2 is a virtual-reality game that allows you to "play God" and run the lives of characters throughout the game. While the Sims 2 can be very lifelike, some players complain that the game isn't lifelike enough. One complaint that comes up over and over is that teenage Sims, unlike real teens, can't get pregnant. In response to this complaint, game players have made a modification that will allow your teenage Sims to become pregnant.

Go to the website Simbology. The site has a link in the reference section of this article. Simbology provides a teen-pregnancy modification called Inteenimator. As of 2010, this is the only fully supported and updated teen-pregnancy modification available.
Click the link that states "Download The Inteenimator." This brings up a page listing for various versions of the modification.
Download the version listed with your expansion pack. If you have multiple expansion packs, you need only the version for the newest expansion pack. You may also download the Flavor Packs, which are add-ons to create a teen pregnancy with various rules, such as pregnant teens still attending school or being able to get married.
You will need a program to unzip the zipped files. Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 have unzip programs built into their operating systems. If you don't have one of these operating systems, many unzip programs are available online for free.
Copy all the files in the unzipped folder. To copy, highlight all the files with your mouse and press CRTL-C on your keyboard.
Open My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads folder. Paste the files you just copied by pressing CRTL-V. This will install the files into the Sims 2.
Start the Sims 2. If you already have custom content enabled you can play without problems. If the custom content is disabled, click the button at the beginning that says "Enable Custom Content." Close the program and restart it. You can now play the game.
Tips and warnings
- Adding modifications like Inteenimator can create problems with your Sims 2 game. This will invalidate your warranty, and Electronic Arts will not be able to help you. Simbology does have support for the modification and may be able to help you but is not liable if your game becomes unusable.
