How to Tighten & Lift the Face & Cheeks With Exercise

Facial exercises are the quickest way to lift and tighten your skin without the use of creams and medical procedures. The tiny muscles all over the face can be toned with the help of certain exercises. Some exercises can even tighten sagging skin on your face, as well as lifting the face and cheeks.

Sit upright with your lips relaxed.

Place your fingertips gently on your cheeks.

Pucker your lips into a kissing face. Make sure you feel your cheek muscles moving as you do this.

Hold the pucker for 10 seconds, and then release it. Repeat this 10 times.

Position your face into a relaxed smile.

Suck in your cheeks into your teeth. Hold the position for 10 seconds, then release it.

Repeat the movement 10 times.
