When sending multiple print requests to your HP LaserJet printer, the information is stored in a temporary memory unit on the computer. Once the print job has finished the memory is cleared out (in preparation for the next request). However, if you have multiple print jobs standing by and you want to remove the desired print job from the printer memory you only need to make a few clicks with your mouse to perform the desired action.

Skill level:

  1. 1

Double-click the small printer icon in the lower right corner of the desktop. A window appears with all of the print requests displayed.

  2. 2

Right-click one of the print requests you want removed from the memory. A pull-down menu appears on the screen.

  3. 3

Select "Delete Print Job" from the menu. The print entry will be removed from the display.

  4. 4

Repeat the process with all of the print requests you no longer want in the memory of your HP LaserJet printer.
