PayPal's print shipping label feature makes shipping orders much easier. In addition to the convenience, printing labels makes your business seem more professional. This is particularly true when you have your labels printed on smaller, self-adhesive labels, rather than on letter-sized paper that is taped onto the package.

  • Label printer that uses 4-by-6-inch labels

    Install the label printer. The printer will come with a CD to install any software and drivers needed. All printers have different installation procedures. An installation wizard will run once the CD is inserted and fully loaded. Simply follow the on-screen instructions.

    Sign into your PayPal Account

    Click the "Print Shipping Label" button associated with the order you would like to ship.

    Enter the shipment information that is requested and click continue.

    Edit printer settings. Under the section labelled "Printer" there is a link labelled "Edit Printer Settings." Click this link. You will be redirected to a printer options page.

    Choose your printer model and paper size from the drop-down menu. Save the new settings.

    Click the Pay and Continue button. A pop-up window will appear and your label will start printing automatically. A dialogue box might request permission to run the Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment. Click OK.
