If you need to view a Portable Document Format (PDF) file, a free PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader is just what you need. If you need to print out the file, you can do that, too. But Adobe Reader or Acrobat is not capable of printing multiple PDF files at once. You can save a lot of time by using 3rd-party software that will do batch printing. Simply upload a folder of PDF files and all the document will print at once without having to manually open and click "Print" for each one.

Download and install the software from File Splitter, in which you can print multiple PDF files all at once. See Resources to download a free trial. The software requires Adobe Reader, which you can download for free from Adobe's website. Once you launch the software, click "Add Files" to add the PDF files you want to print. Select the files and click "Print." The files will automatically print all at once.
Download and install Multiple PDF Printer, a freeware application. You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. To print multiple PDF files, Select and drag files to the Multiple PDF Printers file list and click "Print All."
Download and install PDF Multi Print. It supports silent printing and batch printing, in which you can print hundreds of PDF files all at once with no pop-up menus to interrupt you. Print a group of files from a folder as well as any subfolders.
