Updated November 21, 2016

Some window blinds are made from wooden slats. Like most wooden surfaces, wooden blinds need special cleaning. Careful dusting and furniture polish keep wooden blinds looking their best.

Run a feather duster over each individual wooden slat. Run the feather duster between each slat, as well.

Clean the blinds by wiping down both sides with antibacterial wipes.

Spray a small amount of wooden furniture polish on both sides of each individual blind.

Rub the polish in with a soft cloth.
