How to Find People on Hotmail

Hotmail is a Web-based e-mail service provided by Microsoft. Using the service, you can find other people on the MSN or Windows Live network. In order to find people using Hotmail, you must know their name and whether or not that they have a Hotmail account. If the person you are looking for is found, Hotmail will provide extra information about them; including business affiliates, educational background, achievements and other.

Log into your Hotmail e-mail account.

Click on the "Contacts" tab. It is listed on the left-hand side of the page.

Click on "Tools" and then "Search Directories." Choose a Hotmail directory to search and click on it.

Type in the information of the person you are searching for. Click on "Submit" and wait for MSN to finish searching their directory using your searching criteria.
