Launch your Web browser and type in "yahoo.com" to go to the Yahoo! home page.
Click on the "Page Options" link on the upper right hand side of the home page screen.
Click on one of the six available colours. This will change the top menu bar's colour.
Click on "Switch to compact view" to change the home page to its compact version. If you are already in "compact view" then this option will be listed as "Switch to full view."
Click on "Move News on Top" to switch the position of the "Today" and "News" modules. If these modules are already on top, the option will be listed as "Move News Down."
Click on "Turn QuickView rollover on" to enable "QuickViews" which allow you to preview websites on your Yahoo! home page. If this option is already enabled, then it will say "Turn QuickView rollover off" which you must click to disable the function.
