Quattro Pro is a spreadsheet program similar to Microsoft Excel. The easiest way to convert Quattro Pro files to Microsoft Word (DOC) format is to convert them to Microsoft Excel (XLS) format, then convert the Excel document to Microsoft Word format. If you have Microsoft Excel on your computer, you can use it to open Quattro Pro documents, then save them in Excel format; if not, and the Quattro Pro files have the extension .wb2, you can convert them to .xls using Media Convert, a free online file converter. You can then either paste the Excel spreadsheet into a Microsoft Word document or convert the XLS file to DOC and open it in another word processing program.
