Card stock is a heavier weight paper than common printer paper. You can use cardstock to print photos, greeting cards, scrapbooking items, paper dolls, calenders, and many other projects. Handling cardstock is a bit different from using normal printer paper.
If you plan to load cardstock into your printer, first remove all paper from the printer's paper feed tray. If you plan to manually feed the cardstock into your printer, find the manual feed slot on your printer and skip to Step 3.
Load two or three pieces of card stock into the tray. Push it back into place.
Print the document using the normal procedures.
Check that your document has printed clearly on the cardstock. If it has, then you can print additional copies.
Choose light coloured cardstock to be sure the document will be readable, particularly if you are using a colour printer.
