The first step in the process is the construction of a base. The base is built from 3-5/8" metal drywall studs. These studs are then attached with pop rivets into a frame with two bays. In a later step, burner pans will be set up in the bays to encircle the oven's bottom.

The next step is to build the panels that form the shell of the oven. These panels are made up of 28 gauge galvanised sheet metal enclosed by a core of 2" rigid fibreglass insulation. This is typically done by bending one piece of metal 4 times in order to shape it into a rectangular box. The two open ends that are left are then filled with separate fillers. All the seams are attached with pop rivets.

The following step is the placement of the burner pan for installation. The pan props up the heating elements and ensures that heat is conserved and does not escape from the oven's bottom. The two outer flanges are situated on the base rails and attached with pop rivets.

The next task is to adjust the power of the oven. It is directed through the On/Off switch and is regulated by the thermostat. The contactor is the centre of the system. This circuit triggers the contactor's coil, which closes the circuit feeding the oven's heating components.

The last step is to regulate the temperature of the oven. The thermostat controls the temperature by causing the contractor cycle to open and close. Finally, the oven has an interior light and switch inserted in it.
