Try this recipe for a basic vanilla shake by itself or blend in some sliced peaches, strawberries or blueberries for a fruit shake. This recipe makes one milkshake.

- 240 ml (1 cup) cold milk
- 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) vanilla extract
- Drinking glasses
Place ice cream, milk and vanilla in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
Tips and warnings
- To make a fruit shake, add 100 g - 200 g (1/2 to 1 cup) of fruit. Mixed berries, peaches, and mango are all excellent choices.
