How to Make a Jack Sparrow Pirate Costume
You can probably find a plastic sword in a toy store or costume shop. (dagger image by Henryk Olszewski from Fotolia.com)

Captain Jack Sparrow of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies, as portrayed by the charismatic actor Johnny Depp, has become one of the most popular and recognisable characters in movie history. He and his fellow cast mates brought back the pirate as a popular Halloween costume. Captain Jack Sparrow costumes are among the best-selling pirate outfits, but they can be expensive. Save yourself some money and make your own from things found in the thrift store or your own closet.
