Digital DJs and dance music enthusiasts who encounter problems with their Beatport downloads can re-download tracks from their Beatport libraries for 24 hours after making a purchase. Once this time limit has expired, re-download requests have to be emailed to Beatport customer support. If you've had a problem with a tune you've bought from the site, best get in before the deadline if you want to avoid firing off emails and waiting for a response.
Navigate to Beatport.com, click the "Log in" link at the top of the page and enter your username and password before hitting the green "Log in" button. Check the "Keep me logged in" box if you're not using a shared computer and don't want to have to enter your log in credentials each time you visit the site. You can also log in using your Facebook, Twitter or PayPal credentials. If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten your password?" to access your account via your registered email.
Hover over the arrow next to your username at the top of the screen and select "Downloads." Then select "Re-download" before hitting the download button next to track you bought. Your content will start to re-download to your hard drive.
Email Beatport customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org if your purchase isn't available for re-download. Beatport advises it "may... reset downloads from recent orders if they fail." You'll need your track order number and track information such as artist, title and label to request a reset. This information would have been emailed to you when you made your purchase. Search your email using the name of the artist or the title of the track in in question.
