The Fujitsu LifeBook C Series models C-7651 and C-6651 have 1.13GHz Mobile Intel Pentium III processors, while the C-7661 has a 1.2GHz Mobile Intel Pentium III processor. The C-7651 and the C-7661 models both have a 15-inch XGA TFT display, while the C-6651 has a 14.1-inch TFT display.

The Fujitsu LifeBook C Series models have Dolby Headphone applications with two conventional stereo speakers. They include headphone, microphone, and optical digital audio-out/stereo line-in jacks.
