Prepare 160 ml (2/3 cup) strong coffee. While the coffee is still warm, add 5 g (1 tsp) sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk and stir. Place 10 ice cubes (1/2 cup) in blender and add sweetened coffee. Turn the blender on and off quickly a few times to break up the ice.
