How to make a coffee frappe

Prepare 160 ml (2/3 cup) strong coffee. While the coffee is still warm, add 5 g (1 tsp) sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk and stir. Place 10 ice cubes (1/2 cup) in blender and add sweetened coffee. Turn the blender on and off quickly a few times to break up the ice.

Add 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk and stir.

Place 10 ice cubes (1/2 cup) in blender and add sweetened coffee.

Passo 5

Turn the blender on and off quickly a few times to break up the ice.

Passo 6

Add 30 g (2 tbsp) vanilla ice cream. Turn blender on to medium and blend.

Passo 7

After the coffee and ice have blended, add another 10 ice cubes (1/2 cup).

Passo 8

Blend until smooth. If you want a thicker frappe, add a little more ice.

Passo 9

Pour into large glass and serve immediately.
