How to Unsubscribe From Ashampoo

Ashampoo sells physical and digital copies of various types of burning software, system utilities, multimedia programs and more. When you register your product or sign up on the website, Ashampoo may send you e-mails about new products, updates for existing products, special offers and beta tests. If you receive a lot of unwanted e-mails from Ashampoo, you can unsubscribe from certain categories of e-mails or from all categories.

  1. Open your Web browser and navigate to the Ashampoo.com website. Click the "MyAshampoo" link near the top of the page. Type your e-mail address and password under "MyAshampoo Login" on the right side of the page, then click "Login."

  2. Click the "Settings" link to view your current subscriptions. Clear the boxes next to "Ashampoo Software Letter" and "Ashampoo Newsletter" under "Your Subscription Management Center."

  3. Clear the boxes next to "Important News on Your Registered and/or Purchased Products" and "Information on Beta Tests" under "Service Notifications" if you want to unsubscribe from these e-mails as well. Click "OK" on the alert that appears if you deselect all the check boxes.

  4. Click the yellow "Save Data" button at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe to the selected services.

  5. Tip

    After you unsubscribe, Ashampoo sends you an e-mail to confirm that you successfully ended your subscriptions.
