How to Tell If a TomTom One XL Is Fully Charged

TomTom manufactures popular and affordable GPS (Global Positioning System) car navigator devices. A TomTom navigator provides an exact location of your vehicle on the onscreen map and has a variety of options to plan travel routes. The device uses a rechargeable lithium battery.

You can charge that battery by using a car charger or connecting the device to a computer via a USB cable.

Press the "On/Off" button to switch on your TomTom GPS navigator.

Touch the bottom right corner of the screen to display the battery and satellite connection status.

Look at the battery-shaped icon appearing in the right upper corner of the screen. If the battery indicator is filled completely in with the green colour then the device is fully charged.
