Hi guys, it's Michael Hanson with Revolve Fitness Club, and today we're going to learn how to blow up and exercise ball. Exercise balls are really useful for back, ab and leg exercises, especially if you're doing any kind of rehab. So, when you get an exercise ball, usually they'll come with a pump that looks something like this. What you want to do is whatever it's at, you hear it blowing? What you do is just stick the pump in there and you're going to pump it up. It usually takes about 20 minutes to pump up an exercise ball. So now that your ball is inflated, we can do exercises like alternating Supermans and leg raises, and there's a host of other ab exercises you can do.
