Hi, I'm Sue Walker and I am going to show you how to use teriyaki sauce. You will need a bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a saucepan, and a spoon. The ingredients are: 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp. of minced garlic, 1 tbsp. of vinegar, 1/2 tsp. of freshly grated ginger, 2 tbsp. of corn starch, and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes until thick. Take off the heat and cool. To use the teriyaki sauce as a marinade for meats, pour the sauce into a Ziploc bag. Place the meat into the bag and close. Let the meat marinade for several hours or overnight. You can also pour teriyaki sauce over plain rice or yakisoba noodles. And that is how to use teriyaki sauce.
