Hello my name is Dr. Daniel Levin. I'm a Board Certified OBGYN with Levinswomenshealth.com. Let's talk about how to boost estrogen and I assume this question is asked mainly by menopausal or pre-menopausal women who are starting to suffer from menopausal symptoms. The easiest way would be supplementation with estrogen products, hopefully biodentical ones. Soy products or yam products are very rich in estrogen too, and might be a good supplement way. Black Cohosh or Dong Quai are considered to be supplements that do boost the endogenous estrogen production. There are basically three estrogens, E1, 2 and 3. We do not want to supplement with E1 products but we definitely want to supplement with E2 and E3 products that will help overall enhance. This has been Dr. Daniel Levin. Thank you for watching.
