Now that we have you understanding the count of a Polka, now we want to get you going with what you're going to do. You're going to come off your heels, you're going to be on the fronts of your feet. And, as you move forward now, you're going to relax the knees and add a slight bounce to the Polka and it's done like this. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three. So, let's take that back here, Elaine, we'll show them that one more time. We want to make sure you understand this because this is the fundamentals to all the world Polka has to offer. And, again, come off your heels on the fronts of your feet and, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three. As you can see, gentlemen, you're always going to start off on your left foot. The lady, or you're partner will start off on the right, and maintain that throughout the dance.
