How to make buñuelos dulces (sweet fried dough balls) Ingredients - Warm water (80cc) - Yeast (1 pack) - Eggs (3) - Sugar (80g) - Butter (50g) - Vanilla extract - Milk (150cc) - Flour (400g) - Oil (half litre) - Icing sugar Mix the water and yeast in a bowl Crack the eggs into another container Add sugar and melted butter Add a pinch of vanilla essence and beat Add milk to the mixture of yeast and water Add flour and whisk Place the dough in a hot frying pan with oil When the dough balls are golden, after about 3 to 5 minutes, remove them with a skimming spoon Sprinkle with icing sugar
