Wall plaques with sayings

Wall plaques with sayings on them add a touch of whimsy to any room in the house or a bit of humour at the office. Wall plaques can honour a relative or a special occasion or inspire you with a poem or Bible verse. Wall plaques may be wooden or ceramic and you can personalise a wall plaque by putting your favourite saying on it.

Christian Wall Plaques

For those who find their inspiration from the Bible, there are many wall plaques you can purchase with Bible verse quotes and biblical sayings on them. Some examples are "Trust in the Lord with all your heart"; "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord"; and "With God, all things are possible". The "Love Letters" wall plaque contains phrases such as "I am with you always"; "I have great plans for you"; and "I hear you and I care."

Sayings to Put Right on Your Walls

When you want to put a saying, quote or poem right on your wall as a variation to a plaque, consider vinyl letter/word decals. A current popular saying is "Life isn't about waiting for the storms to pass; it's about learning to dance in the rain." "Be the change you wish to see in the world" is a great motivator, and "The love of a family makes life beautiful" makes one reflect on how important relationships are in life.

Ceramic Pottery Wall Plaques

Put up a wall plaque at work or at home to honour your ethnic background or love of animals. An office plaque reads "You don't have to be crazy to work here; we'll train you." Nurses might like "Here to save your butt, not kiss it." Enjoy the humour of the wall plaque that says "Sometimes I laugh so hard, the tears run down my leg." Give your sister a laugh with the plaque that says "I smile because you're my sister. I laugh because there is nothing you can do about it."

Wall Plaques for Special Occasions

Cheer up a friend who's just gone through a divorce with a wall plaque that says "Better to have loved and lost than to live with a psychopath the rest of your life." For weddings or anniversaries, give a wall plaque that says "And they lived happily ever after" or "All because two people fell in love." For someone who's retiring, give a wall plaque that says "I don't want to, I don't have to, you can't make me, I'm retired."
