How To Use Netplay With ePSXe

Updated February 21, 2017

The ePSXe is a PlayStation emulator designed for use on your computer. Netplay allows you to use several computers connected in a LAN configuration. The Netplay option requires you to download and install a network plug-in before you can use it. As of July 2011, the ePSXe is currently compatible with the CyberPad netplay plug-in.

Navigate to the Emulator Zone downloads page. (See Resources)

Click "CyberPad net Plugin 1.0" then click "OK." Allow the file to download.

Right-click the "cpn-v10.zip" then select "Extract To."

Select the plugins subdirectory located in your ePSXe primary folder.

Run the ePSXe emulator.

Click "Config" then "Netplay."

Click the drop-down menu then select "CyberPad 1.0."

Click "Test." You will see a message stating the plug-in is operational. Click "OK."

Load a multiplayer game then click "Config" then "Netplay." Click "Synch" to connect the two computers.
