Tumblr's blogging dashboard offers seven quick templates for different types of posts -- text, photo, quote, link, chat, audio and video. Unlike Blogger or WordPress, you can upload MP3 files directly into the post, which hosts the audio on Tumblr's site. Although you can only upload one MP3 each day, the post automatically generates a streaming player for the file. You can download these files from the streaming media player with the Tumtaster browser extension.
