Facebook limits the number of places you can post images. You can circumvent this with text art. You can use small emoticons such as smileys or large, elaborate pieces of art using ASCII (keyboard) characters and Unicode symbols. Create your own cigarette text art or use existing artwork from online libraries.

Log into Facebook.
Left-click inside the text field where you want your smiley to appear.
Type (ci) to represent a cigarette break.
Type :-Q, :-!, :-i or :-0/ to make a smiley with a cigarette.
Type =====~ or [_[__#~~~~ or ()))))____)~~~~~~~~ to draw a cigarette.
Open Facebook and log in. In a separate browser tab, open the text art library you want to copy from.
Select the text art cigarette that you want to copy, making sure you include every character. Copy it to the clipboard by pressing Ctrl + C.
Return to Facebook. Left-click inside the text field where you want to post your text art. Paste it by pressing Ctrl + V.
