Outlook 2007 is a Microsoft application that allows users to organise their e-mail along with their contacts, calendar and tasks. When a user is drafting an e-mail, he may not want to send it right away. When this is the case, the email remains in the "Drafts" folder. When the user wants to eventually send the draft e-mails, he must do so one at a time because Outlook 2007 does not offer a way to send a batch of draft e-mails at once.
