Facebook has two types of user-created groups. The current groups, which operate like small message boards with collaborative docs and group chat, are the only option for users creating new groups. The original groups created prior to mid-2010, however, can still be accessed and used on the site, but no new groups of this type can be created. Facebook has disabled group albums and the ability to simultaneously upload photos to any groups, but you can still upload several photos and archive them in one album for the group.

Log in to your Facebook account. Access all of your Facebook groups by clicking the "See All" link under the groups tab in the left toolbar --- you may need to click "More" in order to reveal the "See All" link.
Click "Show Older" to see all of your Facebook groups. Select the group where you want to upload the photos.
Click the "Photo" button in the "Share" toolbar. Click "Upload a Photo" and "Browse." Locate one of the photos on your hard drive and click "Open."
Click "Share with Group" to post the photo to the group. If your group is "closed" or "secret," only group members will be permitted to see the post.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the rest of your photos.
Click one of your photos to open the image in Facebook's theatre view. On the left side of the viewer, beneath the "Like" and "Comment" buttons, there is a link that reads "Photos from" and then the title of your group. Click this link to access an album with all of the photos directly uploaded to the group.
