Carry the memory of a loved one with you in the form of a picture attached to your bridal bouquet. Charms or lockets can serve double duty as both a timeless treasure from your wedding day and a keepsake that holds a photo of your loved one. Charms and lockets can be found at jewellery stores and are easily attached to the bouquet. After the wedding, remove the charm and use it as a necklace or pass it along to future generations as an heirloom.

Instructions

  1. 1

Choose a photo that clearly displays your loved one's head. Lockets and charms are small in size, usually about 1 inch by 1 inch, so the photo will be sized down to accommodate the dimensions.

  2. 2

Re-size the photo using digital photo software, or take it to a photo store and have a professional resize it for you. Bring the charm or locket along to the store for accurate measurements.

  3. 3

Ask your bouquet florist to attach the charm to the handle of the bouquet using ribbon. If you are attaching it yourself, you will need a piece of coordinating ribbon to wrap around the bouquet handle.

  4. 4

Insert the ribbon through the hook located on the charm or locket. Wrap the ribbon around the handle of the bouquet and tie it. Secure the ribbon to the bouquet using floral pins. This will prevent the ribbon from untying and you loosing the charm.

  5. 5

Remove the charm or locket after the wedding ceremony. Give the charm or locket to a trusted friend for safekeeping until after the reception.
