Contact Virgin Mobile Customer Service at 877-877-8443. Ask the representative to assist you in unlocking your broadband modem.
Provide your account information. This includes your account number, full name, street address, telephone number and e-mail address. Provide your modem identification number, if applicable.
Pay any fees associated with unlocking your modem. You can ask the representative to add the fee to your next monthly bill.
Ask the representative to e-mail you a copy of the service. This is for your records and confirms that the unlocking took place.
