SanDisk offers a variety of media players under the Sansa name, from basic MP3 devices to video players with a large, colour screen. These media players allow users to watch movies or listen to music almost anywhere. If you take your Sansa player to a noisy location, you can turn up the volume so that you can hear it. You can be do this in two ways: with the thumbwheel or volume button, or through the "Volume" menu.

Turn the player's thumbwheel, on the front of the device, clockwise to increase the volume. If your player has a volume button on the side, press the right side of the button.
Use the arrow keys on the player to scroll down to "Settings" on the device's main menu. Push the "Select" button to enter the menu.
Scroll through the options until you reach "Volume." Select this option. Scroll down from the "Normal" setting to "High" and press the "Select" button.
