Navigate to JetBlue's website to e-mail them your complaints or to praise them for a good flight experience. (see Resources) You will want to select "Give Compliments" or "Share Concerns" depending on your circumstances. Input your information and share your experience then select "Submit."
Compose a letter advising them of your recent experience on their airline and mail it to JetBlue Airways Customer Relations, P.O. Box 17435, Salt Lake City, UT 84117-0435.
