Confluence is a wiki-based program used to share information, often by corporations and small businesses. Excel is a popular spreadsheet program created by the Microsoft Corporation. The two programs are not entirely compatible, but you can use Microsoft Word as a go between program to help you share information between Microsoft Excel and Confluence.
