How Get to the Howling Fjord and the Borean Tundra

Updated July 19, 2017

"World of Warcraft" is a popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game in which players can create a character and embark on adventure in a fantasy world. Players choose to side with either the Alliance or the Horde, and the two factions fight each other in battlegrounds and throughout the world of the game. Howling Fjord and Borean Tundra are the introductory zones to the "World of Warcraft" expansion, "Wrath of the Lich King." They are designed for players around level 70.

Head to the Undercity, which is located on the Eastern Kingdoms continent, if you are a Horde character; otherwise, skip to Step 3. Players can get to Undercity by taking the zeppelin located outside of Orgrimmar.

Climb the western zeppelin tower outside of Undercity and board the zeppelin there. This will take Horde players to the Howling Fjord.

Travel to Menethil Harbor located in the Wetlands if you have an Alliance character. From Ironforge, head east to Loch Modan, and then follow the road north to the Wetlands. From Stormwind, fly on the griffin to Menethil Harbor.

Head down the northern pier in Menethil Harbor. Board the boat there, and it will take you to the Alliance city in Howling Fjord.

Travel to Orgrimmar if you are playing as a Horde character; otherwise, skip to Step 3. You can reach Orgrimmar by flying from Thunder Bluff or taking the eastern zeppelin tower from outside of Undercity.

Leave Orgrimmar by the main gate and head to the right. Climb the zeppelin tower there to travel by zeppelin to Borean Tundra.

Travel to Stormwind if you are playing as an Alliance character. You can reach Stormwind by taking the boat from Auberdine or taking the tram from Tinkertown in Ironforge.

Go to the northernmost pier on the Stormwind Docks. The boat that docks there will take you to Borean Tundra.

At each pier on a harbour or at the top of each zeppelin tower, you will find dockmasters or zeppelin masters who will tell you where the zeppelin or boat is going.

Borean Tundra and Howling Fjord are high-level zones that will be impossible to adventure in for characters lower than level 68.
