A bulk e-mail is an e-mail message intended for more than a few recipients. You might send a bulk e-mail if you have written a newsletter or an invitation for your friends. You can easily send out a bulk e-mail to Hotmail accounts using Microsoft's Outlook. This e-mail application allows you to conveniently choose Hotmail addresses directly from your contact list.

Launch Microsoft Outlook.
Click the "Contacts" tab on the left side of the application. You can also press "Ctrl + 3" to view your contacts if the "Contacts" tab is not visible in your version of Outlook. Search through your contact list and locate the Hotmail addresses. Check the box next to each contact that you want to e-mail. Select the "Sent to All" option when finished. A composition window will open with these contacts in the "To" field.
Type any additional Hotmail addresses into the "BCC" field of the composition window. You can move the addresses selected from your contact list into the "BCC" field as well -- doing this will ensure that the people who receive your message won't see the names or e-mail addresses of the other recipients. Separate each contact with a comma. Click the "Send" button.
