Molasses forms during the third boiling process when sugar cane or beets break down to create a thick, black gooey substance. While molasses is mostly used in baking, it can also help you strengthen your hair as well as darken the colour. It has also been reported to cure grey hair when taken orally every day, according to Earth Clinic. The process for colouring hair is quite simple if you know how much molasses to use and how to remove it afterwards.
