Insert coloured contact lenses if you wish to use them for your look.
Apply foundation to your face. Using downward strokes will give a smoother, more polished finish.
Apply eye primer across the eyelids. This will lighten the eyelid and even out skin tone.
Draw a thin line of black liquid eyeliner across the upper eyelash line.
Line the upper waterline of your eye. This is the area between your eyelashes and eyeball and this technique will give the illusion of thicker lashes.
Draw a thin line in black kohl directly underneath the bottom lash line. This will further define the eyes.
Apply fake lashes with glue according to packet instructions. Use the longer pair on the top lashes and the shorter pair against the bottom lash-line. This is one of the most important steps. Anime characters typically have long lashes and expressive eyes. Although the application can take some getting used too, fake eyelashes will open the eyes and make your anime eyes look big and flirty.
Line the bottom waterline of your eyes with white kohl eyeliner. This technique makes eyes appear dramatically larger, as it gives the illusion by extending the white of your eyes.
Curl your upper eyelashes using the eyelash curlers. Be sure to curl your natural lashes and the fake lashes at the same time.
Apply black mascara to your top and bottom eyelashes.
