Finding free construction leads is challenging but not impossible. The industry has become very competitive. Larger companies have lowered their prices, giving the customer the flexibility of a large company while charging small company prices. Small businesses are finding it more difficult to compete. There are sites that offer quality leads for a fee. The way this works is they send you leads based on your scope of work. You then have to pay for the leads even though you have not been awarded the job. This can be costly and counterproductive for companies who do not have large budgets.
