If your language is Tamil, you can download ringtones that represent your Indian flair. You can download ringtones from your favourite Tamil movie or devotional music. Some are free.

Visit a website that provides Tamil ringtone downloads. A few include Eyez Machi, Zedge, Tamil Wire, Fun Musiq and Music India Online.
Click the "Download" link for the Tamil ringtone you wish to download. Click "Save" to save the ringtone as an MP3 file to your computer. Locate the downloaded MP3 file on your computer. Right-Click the file and select "Copy."
Connect one end of your USB cable to your phone and the other end to your computer.
Click your "Start" Windows button. Select "Computer" or "My Computer." Look for an icon that represents your cell phone. The phone should appear among your computer drives as an additional connected device. Double-click the phone icon. You will see all of the folders that are on your phone.
Click through your folder to locate the "Ringtones" or "Music" folder. The exact names for your folders will vary based on your phone model. If you are unsure which folder you should upload to, refer to your user manual.
Right-click anywhere inside of your phone's ringtone/music folder. Select "Paste" to place the Tamil ringtone on your phone.
