The ASUS EEE PC was one of the first small, lightweight, affordable laptops to be released with a focus on Internet browsing. Due to the sucess of the EEE PC, other manufacturers took note, and the "netbook" form factor was born. The EEE PC was also one of the first netbooks to successfully run the Mac OS X operating system. The installation process has been continually refined, and it is now easier than ever to run the much-lauded OS on your tiny laptop.
