If you own a modern digital camera, chances are it uses a USB cable to connect to an outside device like a computer. But if you want to connect your camera to a television, you may be thinking there's no way to do it. This isn't the case, because chances are your television has a VGA connector, and the good news is that there are adaptors that allow you to connect your USB cable to a VGA port.

    Purchase a VGA adaptor that has the same amount of pins on the adaptor as pin holes on the port on your television. Many VGA ports have 15 pins but some are smaller.

    Insert one end of the included USB into the port in your camera and the other end into the USB port end in your VGA adaptor. Consult the user guide to your camera if you are having difficulty finding the port.

  3. 3

    Connect the VGA end of the adaptor into the appropriate VGA port in the back of your television. Turn on your camera in order to view photos on your TV screen.
