  1. 1

Cut a hole in the top and bottom portion of a plastic bottle. Place the bags in the top hole and pull them out from the bottom hole. Punch a hole in the lid and thread a rubber band through it to hang the bottle.

  2. 2

Cut a large enough hole near the top of a milk jug to put the bags in and a larger hole near the bottom to pull the bags out. You can decorate the milk jug with stickers or markers.

  3. 3

Load the bags into an empty tissue box and remove them through the top hole, just as if they were tissues.

  4. 4

Fold a long piece of fabric lengthwise and sew the ends together. Turn the fabric inside out and sew a piece of elastic to the top and bottom openings. Stuff the fabric with plastic bags at one end and pull them out from the other. You can also sew another piece of fabric or elastic into a loop on the top of the holder.

  5. 5

Remove the arm from a long-sleeve shirt. Fold down the top part of the sleeve and sew it on the inside. Stuff plastic bags into the top portion of the sleeve and remove them as needed. Sew an elastic band to the top to hang it.
