Realplayer is a media player that is free to download and use from any personal computer. This software will allow you to view both music and video files from the comfort of your PC. If you have the need to view or clear the history in Realplayer, you may do so in two ways. With just a few clicks of your mouse, you will be able to see the most recent files you have viewed using Realplayer.

Launch Realplayer. Double click on the "RealPlayer" icon on your desktop. Alternatively, you may find a shortcut to Realplayer in the "All Programs" area of Windows. If you are unable to locate the program this way, look for a "Real" folder in your "Program Files" folder. Double-click on "realplay.exe" to launch the program from the "Real" folder.
Click "File" from the toolbar located on the top of Realplayer.
View the recent history under the "File" tab. You will be able to see the last eight entries to the Realplayer history log. These are the last eight files you have viewed using the program.

Navigate to the Realplayer history on your computer by choosing Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Real\RealPlayer\History. You will need to replace "User Name" with the user name you use on your computer. You may manually click to the folder or enter the address into the Windows Explorer address toolbar.
Search through the files in this folder. These files are shortcuts to the files you have recently viewed. If you click on one of the shortcuts, Realplayer will automatically open the file.
Sort or delete the shortcuts as you desire.

Tips and warnings
