Complete the application form. Fill in your first and last name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, address, city, state and other personal information. Print out the application then press the "Submit Application" button.

Click the "Start Payments" button. Click on the "Google Checkout" button to display the order details. This will open a separate window and bring you to the Google Checkout home page.

Sign in and continue. Add your debit or credit card information on the secure website. Click on the "I Agree and Continue" button then click on the "Place Your Order" button. You will receive an application ID and reference number.

Submit your information. Scroll down the webpage and click the "Print Receipt" option.
Get Your Guarantor's Form. Click on the guarantors form on the home page. Enter your reference and ID number then print out the two pages.
E-mail the Nigeria Immigration Services at "email@example.com." Ask them to schedule an interview for your Nigerian passport.
