Update your video adaptor. Hit the Start button and select "Control Panel." Double-click on "System." Click on the "Hardware" tab and select "Device Manager."
Click on the little plus sign to expand "Display Adapters." Right-click on your display adaptor and select "Update Driver Software..."
Use a wired connection if you watch your videos online. Use an Ethernet cable to connect your computer to a modem/router. This will enhance your Internet speed, boosting your video speed and preventing it from buffering every few seconds.
Turn off the firewall for the program you use to watch videos, like Windows Media Player, Winamp or Windows Media Center. Hit the Start button and select "Control Panel."
